What’s included in the lunch?

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver within a 4 km radius of our kitchen in Pune, covering areas like NIBM, Wanavdi, Hadapsar, Magarpatta, and more. Message us on WhatsApp with your office address and we’ll confirm.
What about Jain / no-onion-garlic meals?
Yes, we can accommodate Jain meals. Let us know when you register and we’ll make sure your dabba is prepared accordingly.
How does the steel dabba system work?
We deliver your lunch in a steel container. After you eat, keep the dabba — our delivery person collects it the next day when bringing your fresh lunch. There’s a ₹500 refundable security deposit for the dabba.
How much does it cost?
The Meal Pass is ₹3,000 for 26 meals (35-day validity), which works out to ~₹115/meal. First-time customers can try our Starter Trial: ₹1,400 for 10 meals (15-day validity).
Can my whole office team join?
Absolutely. If 5+ people from the same office join, we’ll arrange a free trial lunch for the team.
Is there a lock-in or commitment?
No lock-in. It’s a credit-based system — buy a meal pass, use your meals within the validity period. No auto-renewal.
What if I don’t want lunch one day?
You can skip any day by letting us know on WhatsApp before 10:30 AM. Your meal credit is preserved.
How is LunchKraft different from Swiggy or Zomato?
We’re not a marketplace — we cook everything ourselves in our own kitchen. That means consistent quality, home-style recipes, no delivery markup, and reusable steel dabbas instead of plastic packaging.
What time does lunch arrive?
We deliver around 12:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Exact timing may vary slightly based on your office location.
